Antalya Family Camps

Antalya Family Camps are camps that adults can attend with at least 1 child. The adult can be one or both of the parents together, or it can be another family elder. Although the upper age limit for children participating in the Antalya Family camp is generally 12, the camper organizations are flexible and tolerant in this regard. The acceptance rate is high, especially if one of the family's 2 children is over the age of 12. However, older children are less likely to meet their peers at the camp.

Benefits of Family Camps

• To make the holidays that families will spend together more meaningful, useful and instructive.
• To contribute to international and intercultural understanding by enabling children to encounter different cultures and races at an early age, to live together and to gain the understanding of respect for the different at this age.
• To enable parents to observe the methods of raising children in different countries and cultures and to gain new ideas.
• To re-live these feelings with their children to the former campers who participated in the Volunteer Labor Camps in their youth and still have the memories and excitement of those days.
