With Antalya Children's Gymnastics activities, we provide training on correcting and developing the physical structure of the body. Children's gymnastics, which has separate training types for men and women, consists of different sub-branches. With sports, which can be done with or without tools, flexibility and agility are gained to the body, as well as strengthening. While artistic, rhythmic, trampoline are among the general main branches, many types such as step aerobics, pilates, zumba, cross fit are among its sub-branches. Gymnastics is a branch that contributes greatly to the physical and spiritual development of your children before they turn to any sports branch.

Why Should Gymnastics Be Started in Childhood?

Your child can start gymnastics at a minimum age of 3 years. Age range; may differ according to the way children are brought up, their character, or their command. However, it is ahead of other sports by starting it early. It is an olympic sport that anyone can do, regardless of boy or girl. Thanks to gymnastic movements, positive changes are observed in your child's physical development. Gymnastic exercises allow children to have an aesthetic appearance and to balance their weight and muscles according to their height. Body control and dominance are seen in children who start doing gymnastics at a young age. It helps to eliminate posture disorders and prevent balance problems. In terms of character, it enables children who cannot communicate, to socialize, to grow up with a sense of responsibility and to be successful in different fields. Gymnastics is a suitable sport for raising sociable and active children. It has been revealed that children who do gymnastics behave more maturely and consciously than their peers. Hyperactivity is common in children lately. In this case, it has been proven that hyperactive children who are interested in Antalya children's gymnastics behave more calmly. Children whose bodies are strengthened with their muscle and bone structures grow up to be healthier and more resilient, while at the same time they grow up as mature individuals with a sense of responsibility spiritually. Therefore, when your children start gymnastics at an early age, they complete their mental and physical development in a healthy way.

Akdeniz Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksek Okulu, Eskişehir Üniversitesi Okul Öncesi Öğretmenliği Mezunudur. Mezuniyet sonrası Europa Volunteer Service (EVS) hizmetiyle önce Amerika sonra Almanya, Hollanda, İspanya da çocuk gelişimi, çocuk sporları, hareket eğitimi ve önemi, anne-çocuk faaliyetleri, aile gelişim atölyeleri alanında eğitimler almış bu alanlarda hizmette bulunduktan sonra Türkiye'de ilk ve tek olan aile spor merkezini kurmuştur.

Çanakkale 18 Mart Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Meslek Yüksekokulu Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenliği mezunuyum. Çocuk gelişimi formasyonu aldım. 2015'ten bu yana 0-6 yaş gruplarıyla çalışıyorum.

2009 Yılından bu yana çocuk gelişimi ve eğitimi üzerine çalışmaktayım.

Gebze Teknik Üniversitesi Okul Öncesi Öğretmenliği mezunuyum. Uzun yıllar çocuk gelişimi üzerine hizmet vermekteyim. 2019'dan bu yana Cingöz Kids'te çocuklar birlikte güzel vakit geçirmekten keyif alıyorum.
